If you are fortunate enough own and/or reside at Spring Hollow Condos the HOA Board wants you to know that we and our property management company, Faith Properties, are here to make our community and pleasant and comfortable place to live. At the same time, we are committed to ensuring that your investment in our complex is and remains a valuable asset, whether it's your primary residence or a rental property.

Spring 2024 Workday

Our Spring 2024 workday is now scheduled for Saturday, April 20th. We will meet at 8AM in the central courtyard of the complex.

The time that owners and renters put in on our workdays help save the HOA money, and is a great way to get to know the other residents in our community.
